Albert Hicks

December 21, 1929 — April 6, 2017

Mr.Albert Hicks was born to Tommie Hicks and Louvine Hicks on December 21, 1929. He attended the public school of Harrison County. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Shiloh Baptist Church in Karnack, Texas. He later joined Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church and attended Carver Heights Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.
Albert was drafted into the army and served 2 years in the Korean War. He worked for Oak Farms in Dallas, Texas, as a diary mixer for 33 years. He retired in 1990.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Hicks, two daughters, two brothers, two sisters, and his mother and father.
He leaves to cherish his memories: three children, Tasha Hicks, Linda Richardson, and Carl Richardson (Gail Richardson), all of Dallas, Texas: one sister, Georgia Mae Dotie, and one brother, Albert Hicks, both from Karnack, Texas: thirteen grandchildren: 28 great-grandchildren : and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
