Arlean Jackson was born February 2, 1920 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas to the parentage of Mart and Willie Turner.
Arlean was employed with Baylor University Hospital as an RN and retired after many years of service.
Arlean joined Golden Gate Missionary Baptist Church at the age of 20 and remained a faithful member until her passing. She participated in many auxiliaries such as the church Sunshine Circle, the Silver Eagles, Mission, Sunday School, the Mothers Board and the Seniors Ministry. She was also a member of the Grand Court Order of Calanthe of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Jackson; both parents; 7 siblings and 2 sons, Tommy D. Jackson, Lawrence Hill.
Arlean leaves to cherish her memory: Grandchildren, Rita Sparks, Tommy Charles Jackson, Anthony Dwyene Jackson, Al Hill, Kyle Jackson; 10 great grandchildren and a host of other and friends.
