Barbara Spring - Robinson

Barbara Ann Gulley-Spring was born on October 19, 1953, in Roston, Arkansas to Thomas Gulley, Sr. and Ocie Mae Gulley. On November 1, 2024, Barbara transitioned to be with the Lord.

 Barbara united with Community Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas. She began her education in the Dallas Independent School District, where she attended, H.S. Thompson Elementary School, Pearl C. Anderson Intermediate School and Lincoln High School where she graduated in 1972. She continued her studies at college. While in high school and attending El Centro College she was employed at the Food Drug Administration (FDA), where she retired after 47yrs of loyal service. She married Alvin Spring Sr in 1975 where they have two children Alvin Spring Jr (Dallas, Tx) and Danielle Spring- Wine (Pine Bluff, AR). In 1999 Barbara’s job relocated to Pine Bluff Ar, where she later retired. She was a faithful member of Grace Independent Baptist Church.

 Barbara was preceded in death by her (father) Thomas Gulley Sr, (husband) Alvin Spring Sr, and (son-in-law) Cantrell Wine. She leaves behind to cherish her memories (mother) Ocie Mae Gulley, (son) Alvin Spring Jr, (daughter) Danielle Spring- Wine, (daughter-in-law) LeShawn Spring. 

 Also, (granddaughters), Jasmine Spring, Destine Spring, Mahoganie Spring, (grandson) Amir Parks, (great-grandsons) Jesaiah Jones, Noah Brown and (great-granddaughter) Malia Jones. 

 As well as (Brother) Thomas Gulley Jr and Katherine Gulley, (brother) Michael Gulley and Vanessa Gulley, (sister) Claudia Schell and John Schell, (sister) Odessa Gulley- Eubanks, (sister) Kathy Gulley, (sister) Brenda Boyd, (sister) Pattie Booth. And along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
