Betty Louise Fisher was born December 23, 1951 in Dallas to the late parents, Rosie Lee Price Fisher and Felix Burton. She was the second oldest of 6 children. She received her formal education through DISD.
Betty accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior early in life. She attended Rose of Sharon Missionary Baptist Church, where she served faithfully until her health failed. She loved to sing and loved to lead devotion.
She worked as a seamstress for Herman Marcus for 6 years. Later, she became a licensed beautician in which she continued for 38 years until her health failed.
Betty leaves to cherish: 3 sisters; 2 brothers; best friend, Pauline Moore-Williams; 4 nephews, Henry, Steven, Lamont, and Gilford II; 5 nieces, Angel (Nathaniel), Monique, Crystal, Deshunda, Valrina; 24 great nieces and nephews; 1 great great niece, Lia and a host of other nieces and nephews as well as many friends and family.
