Billy server in the Vietnam war and later returned to the United States to resume his resume his civilian life.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents Jessie and Herman Smith. He leaves his loving and cherished wife Cheryl Ann Williams of Dallas TX, he leave his children, Billy Williams Jr. Rayshun Bell, Brianne Williams, and Bryttanni Williams of Dallas, Sister Monta Chance of Dallas, Paula Williams (Ray) of Dallas, Brother Herman Smith Jr. , Priscilla Dana, of McAlester Ok. Sheila Steward (Jeff) Mesquite TX, His Grandkids, great grandkids and host of nieces and nephew will miss him greatly
