Brenda Babers

Brenda Ree Babers was born on November 17, 1950 in the city of Shreveport, Louisiana to Oneal and Rosa Lee James. She attended primary school in Shreveport, Louisiana and later attended school in Dallas, Texas.

Brenda accepted Christ and became a member of The Inspiring Body Of Christ Church. Brenda was formerly employed as a Secretary at the Law Office of Attorney James C. Belt in Dallas, Texas. Brenda enjoyed interior decorating, dancing and spending quality time with family and friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her Father, Oneal James. Brenda leaves to cherish her memory, her spouse, Ruben Babers of Dallas, Texas, Mother, Rosa Lee James of Shreveport, Louisiana, her 3 children, Sandra Smith, Joyce Babers, and Wanda Jones. 4 siblings, Allen Burkins, Danny Burkins, Debra James, and Patricia Tyler.

Supporting relatives and Friends include the following: Ami Cooper (god-daughter), Ivory Sims, Bonnie Nash, Betty Florence and Nance Holmes. 6 grandkids, Tiffany James, T’Niqua Babers, Laquita Simpson, Dearrick Jackson, Lashandria Simpson, Madesyn Jones. 6 great grand kids, Lykia Mornes, Kymari Brown, Ceriah Stubblefield, Damien Davis, Kingston Williams, Kaison Williams. Special grandson, Eriq Jones, and a host of friends and family.
