Charles Etta Carr passed away in Dallas, TX, USA on February 8th, 2020 at the age of 75. Charles Etta was born in Daingerfield, TX, USA on December 22nd, 1944.Parents Garfield and Inez Connally of Daingerfield, TX. Attended and graduated from JJ Rhoads Elementary and High School of Daingerfield, TX. She later attended Jarvis Christian College, where she met and married Weldon L. Carr. Mother of 5 children. Proceeded in death before her two sons Weldon L. Carr Jr and Jason Shannon Carr. 3 Daughters Sharon Michelle Carr ( San Antonio); Kimberly Dawn Wilson ( Dallas); Bridgitte Sherrie Nash (husband Tron) ( Dallas). Worked at Baylor Hospital as a PBX operator for many years. Retired in 2006. She accepted God as her Lord and Savior early in life, and attended Star of Bethlehem Church now known as The Star of Baptist Fellowship Church. She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, aunt, grandmother(granny), great-grandmother (GiGi), cousin and friend. She loved crafting small pillows and art work. She was a collector of hearts, buttons, pens, watches, ginger jars, small water goblets, and other precious items. She leaves to cherish her loving memory three daughters Sharon Michelle Carr, Kimberly Dawn Wilson and Bridgitte Sherrie Nash (Tron Nash). Grandchildren: Marcus, Tiffaney, Artist(AJ), Yasmin, Sierra, Sophia, Shannon, Andrew; eleven great-grandchildren; two sisters Bessie Taylor and Darlene Austin; one brother Clarence and Rochelle Connally; several aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her two sons, her parents, four sisters, and five brothers.
