Obituary
On February 7, 1932 in Falls County, Texas a baby girl was born to the parents of D.V. and Gladys Miles. Darlene was the 3rd born of eight children. After leaving Marlin, TX, Darlene moved to Dallas, where she worked as a nurses aid in hospitals and in senior homes. During this time, Darlene had three children of her own and entered a union with Moses Maryman. After which, she soon left that profession to raise and care for children which she did until she retired. During this time, Darlene touched the lives of many children who came and grew to love her as much as she cared and loved them. These children have become grown men and women and still love her today as much as they did then because she was a positive part of their lives.
Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, David and Gladys Miles; her husband, Moses Maryman; her sisters, Helen Simon, Dorothy mae Hunt, Gladys Feagins, Maggie Lewis, Doris Eafon and two brothers, David Vernon Miles and Henry Miles, as well as many of her friends.
She leaves to cherish her memory: One son, Richard Maryman of Dallas, TX; two daughters, Belinda and Madelon Maryman of McKinney, TX and one granddaughter, Madison Maryman of McKinney, TX; her oldest friend, Myreatha Clark of Desoto, TX and one who was like a son, Steven Campbell of Dallas, TX;, along with a host of much loved nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, associates, neighbors and employers.
