Darrell W. Fryer was born to Stella Brackens on February 4, 1963 in Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by 2 grandmothers, 3 uncles, dad, Robert L. Fryer.
Darrell graduated from Richardson High School and finished one year at Richland College in Richardson, Texas. He worked as a window cleaner in his dad's company and then was employed by Covins Furniture Company. After a few years, he went back to work for his dad in window cleaning and became part owner until his passing.
Darrell was a member of Greater Love Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of his granddad, Rev. Lonnie Edwards. After his granddad retired, the name of the church changed to Fellowhip of Faith Tabernacle under the leadership of Rev. Kentry Ellison, where he served as a deacon, superintendent of the Sunday School and was also a Sunday School Teacher. He was appointed to lead the Mission to witness to the neighborhood areas until his passing.

Lonnie R. Edward; aunts, Carroll (Donnell) of Balch Springs, Laura (Ron) Harrison of Arlington, Sharon Perry of Balch Springs, LaShun (Keith) Randle of Fairfield, Texas, Betty Butler, Ida Farrington of Dallas; uncles, Larry Brackens of Dallas, Will (Lillie) Fryer of San Diego, California; a host of cousins,friends and other relatives.
