David Jones was born October 31, 1919 to the late Henry and Arrie Tziah in Seagoville, TX. Beginning his Christian life by accepting Jesus Christ as his Saviour at an early age, he was united with Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Richardson, Texas.
David worked many years as a truck driver for Kroger's before retiring. He later started his own lawn service and was successful until his health failed him in April of 2012. He touched the lives of many people with his smile and display of his sense of humor all the way to the end.
David leaves to cherish his memories; one son, Henry Lawrence Jones; one grandson, Steven (Robin); one granddaughter, Shelby; four great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Margie Jones; alone with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
