Demetra Karen Green was born in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Cora Faye Jackson(Eagans) and John Henry Jackson. She was the youngest of 3 children.
She attended school in Dallas, Texas and graduated from David W. Carter High School in 1985. She married Curtis R. Green Sr. on May 31, 1985. To their union, three children were born, Deshundra, Curtis, and Crystal. They later moved to Mesquite, TX where they made their permanent residency.
Demetra was preceded in death by her father John H. Jackson.
She leave to cherish her memories: her husband Curtis R. Green Sr. of Mesquite, TX, two daughters; DeShundra Karen Green-Smith of Longview, TX and Crystal Shunta Green of Mesquite, TX; one son: Curtis Ray Green Jr. of Grapevine, TX; her mother: Cora Faye Jackson of Mesquite, TX; teo brothers: Denfrick Henry Jackson (Charlotte) of Desoto, TX and Clemente Earl Anthony (Brenda) of Rockwall, TX; a sis-in-law: Lula Mae Green of Mesquite, TX; four grandchildren: Ayden, Triston, Rhyan and Karter. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
