Edward Reynolds was born to the parentage of George and Gertrude Reynolds on March 16, 1939 in Ladonia,Texas. He attended schools in Commerce, Texas and graduated from Norris High School in 1959. He was raised in the baptist faith at Mount Moriah Baptist Church.
Edward met and married Georgia A. Hervey on July 16, 1960 and to this union six children were born.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 40 years Georgia Ann and a son Edward Reynolds, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memory, children Jonathan Hervey (Valerie); Eddie Reynolds (Karen), James E. Reynolds (Renee'), Laura Wilson, Sherri Reynolds and Antoinette Reed (Steve); 18 grandchildren, 15 great granchildren. A special friend Ms. Erma Richardson, Brothers Curtis Reynolds, Wain Reynolds and James A. Reynolds, Sisters, Georgia M. Gholston and Glenda Hodges (Floyd); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
