Emerson Bradley, Jr. (June Bug) was born on February 23, 1942 to the parentage of Mary D. Bates and Emerson Bradley in Longview, Texas. He was the first of seven siblings.
He attended Lincoln High School. At an early age, he joined True Lee Missionary Baptist Church.
He worked as an electrician at the Dallas Convention Center for many years. After retirement, he worked for D. I. S. D. until his demise.
He was married to his longtime & loving wife Juanita Young Bradley for 54 years. To this union one child was born, Trena La’Shunn Bradley-Adams.
He loved golfing, swimming, dancing, traveling, pool, music of all kinds and having fun with his family and friends.
He was a fun loving, caring and good spirited person, who had many friends.
He leaves cherished memories with his wife of 54 years, Juanita Young Bradley; Daughter Trena La’Shunn Bradley-Adams (Dwayne); 2 brothers, Billy L. Bradley (Betty), Wendell Bradley; 4 sisters, Mary A. Bradley, Margaret Bradley, Shirley Hale (Leo); Willietta Bradley; 2 grandchildren, Samuel and Samantha Lawton; 6 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
