George Ruben Reedy, was born on October 21, 1940 in Henderson, Texas to parentage of thelate Mrs. Chistell and Johnny Reedy. He received his formal education in the Dallas Independent School District. During George profession career, he worked as a Cook a Nurses Aide. He also an entrepreneur over several home based businesses. He interests included family, cooking, listening to music, dancing and sports.
George was preceded in death by his parents Christell Reedy and Johnny Reedy; brothers, Johnny Jr., Johnny B., Walter Edward and Florizell Andrews.
He leaves to cherish his memories his brother, Linberge Williams, III(Janet); four sisters, Jimmie Turner, Cora D. Reedy, Dorothy Lucille Reedy and Audrey (Donald) Drake and a host of other relatives and friends.
