Harold Arnette Springer was born on June 23, 1964 in North Little Rock, Arkansas to the parentage of the late Horace L. Springer, Jr., and Milrene E. Springer. He received his formal education through Parkview High School. Among his many accomplishments, he was currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Human Relations and Business. While serving in the United States Air Force he received several certifications in military training which encompassed Air Force Specialty Apprentice and Journeyman, Combat Ammunition Planning and Production, Munitions Inventory Procedures, Contingency/Wartime Support and Weapons Movement which catapulted his abilities to acquire more than 15 years of leadership experience in Procurement, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Warehouse & Program Management with multi-national companies and high growth start-ups.
Staff Sargent Springer's interests also included, but was not limited to, a passion for African- American History and The Art of Culinary. His love and compassion for others exuded humanitarianism to all crossing social, psychological, and racial barriers as is the heart of a MASON--Live Stone Lodge #152 PHA; Shriner of Medji Temple 45-FTW PHA; Sublime Prince of The Royal Secret 32nd Ft. Worth Consistory #281 Ancient Acceptance Scottish Rite and Heroines of Jericho.
Bro. Springer worshipped at Lighthouse C.O.G.I.C., where he joyfully served as a Sunday School Teacher, Brotherhood and Announcement Clerk Member. His affection for the Lighthouse membership demonstrated the attributes of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ.
Affectionately known as preeminent Baby Brother, Bo-Bo, Engine #9, Harold was preceded in death by his father Horace L. Springer, Jr., and his brother Larry M. Shine. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Mary Proctor-Springer, his mother Milrene E. Springer, brothers Dr. Lawrence Shine (Shiree); Horace Springer III (Joy); George Springer (Angela); sisters Ada Hollingsworth; Deborah Springer-Suttlar (Herbert); Karen Allen and Gloria Springer. He is also mourned by a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, great nephews & nieces and many loyal friends; Billy Bowles, Jr., Michael Davis, Alfred (Lucky) Russ III, Hezekiah Kilpatrick, Calvin Mackey, Leon Day and Dr. Hezekiah Braxton, as well as his professional business colleagues.
