Irene Wells

Irene Hazel Wells was born October 25, 1925 in Rockwall, Texas to Bernice and Willie Turner. She was raised in Hallsville in East Texas, where she also received her education.
In October, 1942, she married Sampson Roseberry, they were blessed with four daughters. Years later on April 20, 1952, she married E.J. Wells and to this union they were blessed with three children. Irene professed faith in Jesus Christ early in life. She was a member of Bon Air Baptist Church until her health failed.
Those left to cherish her memories: three daughters and one son; Gloria Young (Julius), Claudia Raymond (Joseph), Lorraine Wells, E.J. Wells, Jr., thirty grand children, a host of great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, family and friends.
She was proceded in death by her parents, two husbands, and three children; Alfrica Gail, Shirley Mae, and David Earl.
