Jewell Stafford was born April 6, 1917 in Ponta, Texas to Albert & Maryetta Monmouth. She graduated from Rusk High School in Rusk, Texas.
At an early age she was baptized at Highland Bunche Church of Christ in Odessa, Texas. Then she moved to Los Angeles, California where she became a member of Normandie Church of Christ. Jewell Stafford moved to Dallas, Texas and later became a member of Beckley Heights Church of Christ.
She departed this life for a much better one on September 25, 2012. Jewell was preceded in death by her parents: Albert & Maryetta Monmouth, her husband; Robert Stafford, her four sisters?; Cleola Wright, Idell Raglin, Helen Henderson & Lois McDonald, one brother; Dallas Monmouth. Three sons: R.L. Stafford, Bill Stafford & James (Russoe) Stafford.
Those left to cherish her memory are a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, great great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
