Karen Denise (Mitchell) Levy Smith was born on August 31, 1974 to the parentage of Floyd and the late Barbara Mitchell in Dallas, Texas. Karen departed this life on Saturday, November 6, 2021.

Karen received her diploma from Skyline High School in 1992 and she continue her education at Texas Women University.

Karen is preceded in death by her beloved mother, Barbara (Mitchell)Stovall; grand-mother, Margaret Byrd; uncle, Frank Banks and aunt, Emma Booker.

She leaves to cherish a lifetime of memories; her husband, Undray Smith; children, Elijah, Joshua, Michaela, Madison, Bella, Jonathan, Grayson and Tyler; sister LaWanda Mitchell; two aunts, Wanda Banks and Shirley Banks-Mozee (Stanley); one niece Amaria Miller; cousins, other relatives and friends.
