Kenneth Toliver (Kenny) was born in Pittsburgh, Pa on November 1st, 1950 to parents Archie and Vera Toliver. Growing up he attended Central Baptist Church and was a member of the junior Choir. His initial education was in the Pittsburgh Public School District. Miller Elementary School and Fifth Avenue High School where he played a trumpet, lettered in Football and Basketball as well. He was also a member of the Groove – Phi – Groove Fraternity. After college he moved to Detroit, Michigan where he worked at Stroh’s Brewery and a Ford Assembly Plant. When he became disabled he moved to Texas to be close to his brother Rick and Sister-in-Law Lorraine. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Carol and a brother Michael. Left to mourn are his brother and sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, friends and caregivers that he developed in Texas. He will be missed.
