A LIFE WELL LIVED
Lillian Maria Leblanc was born in Maringouin, Louisiana, January 31, 1920 to the parents of Mary and John Prince. She was the oldest of seven children, Herbert Crawford, Elijah Crawford, Carrie Mae Edmond, Aimee Lee Crawford, Mildred Crawford and Matt Crawford Jr. She accepted Christ at an early age and dedicated her life to the Catholic Church and loved the Lord ever since.
Lillian LeBlanc moved from Louisiana to Dallas, Texas where she made it her home. She then found her love, Gussie Joseph LeBlanc Sr. To this union, six children were born. Gussie, Mary, Andrew, Patricia, Juanita and Cleveland who she loved dearly.
A virtuous woman of many trades as a seamstress, leader of Charities for the VA Hospital along with dedicating her life as a wonderful homemaker. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, sewing, dancing and enjoying her children and grandchildren. Let's not forget her signature ruby red lipstick and ruby red nail polish!
Lillian Maria LeBlanc was proceeded in death by her parents Mary and John Prince, her siblings, her husband, Gussie Joseph LeBlanc Sr, her beloved children, Juanita LeBlanc, Andrew Buddy LeBlanc, Mary LeBlanc Eldridge, Gussie LeBlanc Jr. and Cleveland Turner, her Grandson, Daryl Leroi Edwards and her Great-Grandson Lorenzo Charles Battle. She leaves to cherish her memories her one sister, Mildred Livingston, Brother-in-Law, Lorenzo Livingston, her one daughter, Patricia Anne LeBlanc-Battle, her grandchildren, Joe LeBlanc Jr, Sherry LeBlanc, Demetria Pool-Akinyemi, Rochelle LeBlanc, Joe Jr, Michael LeBlanc,Ural Thompson, Cecelia Crockett, Alicia Wood, Yolanda LeBlanc, Tanya LeBlanc-Salone, Luther Wagoner Jr, Joseph Wagoner, Joe Battle Jr, Mikki Battle, Lisha Turner and Cleveland Turner Jr, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and special friends.
