Margaret Willis

Margaret Willis was born on April 6, 1919, in Upshur County, Gilmer Texas to the late Pleas Willis and Lillie Morgan Willis. She was raised in Upshur County where she also attended public school. At an early age, she accepted Christ and remained a faithful servant until she was received in the arms of her Savior on September 26, 2013. She moved to Dallas and later united with the Oak Hill Missionary Baptist church under the pastorate of the late Rev. M.G. Soloman. And later Rev Hose T. Epps, Rev. Corey Jackson.
She served on several auxiliary and ministries. Sister Willis was a faithful member until her health became impaired. she was proceeded in death by ,one sister Roberta Lewis and three brothers, Tom Willis, Johnnie Mack Willis, Hick Willis and leaves to cherish her memory six nieces Rosie Williams, Operazine Cook, Bettye Turner, Johnnie Faye Love and( Rev. Roosevelt Love), Nelta Jones, Alma Marie West and one nephew Troy Lewis. And a host of grand and great nieces nephews, cousins and friends.
