Ms. Mattie Brown

Mattie Pearl Brown was born September 27, 1940 in Shreveport, La to the parentage of Henry M. and Mabelle Hardy Mosley. She accepted Christ at an early age.
Mattie received her formal education in Louisiana Public Schools. She married Earl Brown Jr and later moved to Dallas, TX. She united with Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Robert E. Murphy.
Mattie received her clerical certificate and worked for Ogden Aviation until she retired.
She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Mabelle Mosley, husband Earl Brown Jr., son Terry Bernard Brown and grandson Thomas Dewayne Sturns Jr.
She leave to cherish her precious memories her brother Wille Lee Loveless, children Debra Hill (Durrand), Earline Sturns, Nathaniel Brown, James Earl Brown and Gloria White and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sister in-law, family and friends.
