Maudie Brooks

Maudie Brooks, 84 years old passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Baylor University Medical Center, in Dallas, Texas.

She was born on April 03, 1938 in Cason Texas to Melvin S. White and Telah Davis ( White).

Maudie Brooks grew up in Cason Texas and later moved to Dallas, Texas. She graduated at Lincoln High School were she played on the Women’s Basketball team.

Maudie Brooks was married to J. D Brooks and had 6 children. They were happily married about over 40 years until J.D Brooks passed away.

She accepted Christ at an early age, Resided at New Generation Baptist Church where she served on the Usher Board, Pastor Rev. R. L. Stephney.

Maudie Brooks was preceded in death by Melvin S. White and Telah Davis.

Siblings, Melvin S. White, Sahara Irene Hurdon, Kenneth Davis, Leroy White, William Charles White, Brenda Busby.

Children, Wanda Hall, Donald Brooks, Johnny Brooks, Charlotte Denise Monroe, Edward Earl Brooks, Cynthia Ann Rattler, A host of grand and great grandchildren, Host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
