Necie Prince was born January 9, 1915 in Upshur County, Texas to the late Jacob and Lula Prince. She attended public school in Gilmer,Tx. She was retired from the City of Dallas after many years of dedicated service.
She is preceded in death by her son, Sampson Sparks, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory; Grandson, Kahlil G. Skinner; great grandson, Kahlil G. Skinner, Jr. great granddaughter, Kenneisha T. Skinner, and great nieces, Sherry Bowens, Carol Ford; great nephews Michael Bowans, Dennis Bowens, Arthur Bowens; and a host of other relatives.
