A Celebration of Life
Nettie was called home the evening of February 27, 2022, leaving behind ex-husband of 20 years, Lester Price Sr, children, Anthony, Jessica and Dionious, grandchildren, Ishmael (Nikayla), Anthony Jr, Isaiah, Janay (Eric), LaKendra, Dionious Jr, Meagan, McKenzie, Madelyn and Alahni as well as a host of family and friends to cherish her memory.
Nettie was born to Reubin and Azel White on October 10, 1949, in Royse City, Texas. Being the sixth of ten children, she was surrounded by a loving and supportive family until her last days. She grew up with brothers CW, Dennis, Joe, George and Lorenzo and sisters Ruby, Arzel, Darnell, Irma and Bettye. She was blessed to have Karen, Rita, Rena, Flossie, Ethel, Hosea, Major and Romeo join the family through marriage.
Nettie graduated from Rocky Crest in Lancaster and attended El Centro College in Dallas. She resided in Dallas and spent her early years employed by Mary Kay Cosmetics and later Golden Gate Baptist Church where she also served as a deaconess.
Nettie was preceded in death by both parents, Reubin and Azel, brothers, Dennis, Joe and George and sisters, Irma and Bettye.
