Olivia Beth Allen was born on January 30, 1950 in Marshall, Texas to the late Charlie Sam Woods and Socie Woods. She was sixth of seven children. Olivia was raised and attended Mary C. Womack Sr. High School in Longview, Texas. Olivia moved to Dallas, Texas where she graduated school and met and married the love of her life Carter F. Allen and became a homemaker.
Olivia loved her family dearly and had a passion for fashion, plus a knack for creating beautiful floral arrangements and various arts and crafts. Olivia never met a stranger and was a woman of faith who believed in sharing the gospel with whomever she met.
Olivia is preceded in death by her parents, four bothers and one sister.
Olivia leaves to cherish her precious memories, her six children; Jimmy Ray Rowlett, Wanza Moore, Temisha Rowlett, Kenneth Allen (Anissa), Peaches Allen, Sharissa Allen (Sam); her sister, Brenda Woods Evans (Jim), 15 grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and many friends.
