Orlan Evans was born April 16, 1925 to the late Will and Corine Evans, both who preceded him in death.
Orlan graduated from Lincoln High School. Upon graduating, he entered the U.S. Army where he faithfully served receiving his honorable discharge.
Orlan met and married Miss Cara M. Davis who also preceded him in death. To this union was born a daughter ~ Dale Evans.
He was also preceded in death by 3 brothers; Olan Evans, Sr. (twin), William Evans, Clem Banks and two sisters; Rosie Lee Horton and Dorothy L. Starks.
Orlan leaves to cherish his loving memories to his daughter, Dale Evans Cooper; grandson, Carlton D. Cooper (Andrell); five sisters, Pauline Baker, Ruby Rivers, Edna Hall, Patsy Jefferson and Agnes Waites; three brothers; Herbert Evans, Thurman Evans, Alonzo Evans all of Dallas, Texas and a host of other relatives.
