Ramiro Quintero

May 11, 1957 — September 13, 2020

Mesquite, TX

Ramiro Quintero was born in Nuevo Laredo Mexico on May 11th, 1957. He attended Eva Samano School where he made lots of friends. He then moved with his family to Athens, Texas, and then Dallas where he worked side by side with his two brothers Juan and Jose Quintero. After that he met the love of his life Vickie, and had three wonderful children Ramiro Jr, Frankie, and his daddy’s girl Sarita. He was an amazing father, grandfather, husband, brother and uncle. Ramiro had a heart of gold. He was always ready to make everyone laugh whether it was with his stories or even just talking about the Texas Rangers or his Cowboys. Ramiro also left us with great memories whether it was at the Ranch where we all got to sit around the bonfire, watching his favorite westerns over and over, or even just watching him play at his favorite casino. He leaves behind his wife and children Vickie of 39 years, Jr ,Frankie, and Sara. Ramiro also leaves behind his brothers (Casino partners) Juan and Jose, and Sisters Frances, Delores, Teresa and many nieces and nephews. He joins his father, mother, and sister in God's kingdom.
