Robert Johnson

Robert Lee Johnson, born June 8,
1946 in Wisner, La to the parents of
the late Dewey Johnson Sr. and Bessie
Ellis Johnson. Robert Lee Johnson
was baptized at an early age at Holly
Grove Baptist Church in Wisner,
Louisiana under the leadership of the
late Rev. McCooper and received his
education at Wisner Gilbert High
School. He retired after 30 years of
service at White Swan (US Food Services) in 2003.
Robert Lee Johnson departed this life on Friday, June 28,
2013. He was preceded in death by (4) brothers, Henry
Johnson, Willie Lee Johnson, Joshua Johnson, J. R.
Johnson and his parents, Dewey Johnson, Sr. and Bessie
Ellis Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His devoted wife, Norma
Jean Johnson; (2) children, Carolyn DeNale Mallory and Kalvin
Dewayne Johnson; (1) daughter-in-law, Shannon Johnson of
Dallas, TX; (2) stepdaughters, Florence Ratcliff and Karen
Minafee of Dallas, TX; (1) son-in-law, Deacon Bobbye Ratcliff;
(2) sisters, Queen Ester Johnson Madison and Easter Johnson
Wilford; (1) brothers-in-law, Franklin Madison (1) half-sister, Nellie Davis of
Dallas, TX; (1) brothers, Jessie Johnson;
(1) sister-in-law, Sarah Johnson
of New Orleans, LA and (1) half-brother, Isiah Johnson of
Dallas, TX; (11) grandchildren; (7) great grandchildren anda host of other relatives and friends
