Timothy Dewayne Oats was born on September 25,1976 to Charles and Eva Oats.

He attended A. Maceo Smith High School where he gained lasting friendships and many memories. Timothy “Baba” Oats, was loved by many and was often considered the life of the party. He had a smile that could brighten any room, paired with an extraordinary personality. Timothy “Baba” Oats had a love for music and often danced as if no one was watching. He had a heart of gold and his love for family and friends knew no limits.

Timothy “Baba” Oats, was preceded in death by his grandparents, Horace and Emma Oats, and Jack and Lillie Walker. He leaves to cherish his precious memories with his parents Charles and Eva Oats, his loving companion Jacqueline Clark. Two brothers, Bennie (Mae) Bradley, Vernell (Felicia) Bradley, two sisters, Selestine (Mark) Brown, Vickie (Anthony) Taylor, one uncle, Richard Oats, one aunt, Mae Bell Pickens, eleven nieces and nephews, Shaquana, Shuanette, Aquanetta, Doniesha, Chandis, Fabian, Lakendra, Joseph, Keandra, Deandra, and Porsha. A host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
