Willie Mae Thompson, 73, of Carthage, Texas (Panola county), beloved housewife and mother passed away
peacefully surrounded by the ones she laughed with, lived for and loved on April 26, 2016.
Willie Mae was preceded in death by her mother (Willie Weatherton Pryor), father (Johnny William Pryor),
husband (Chester Thompson), daughter (Renda Marshall Smith), 2 grandsons (Prentice Marshall and Mason Johnson).
Willie Mae was a housewife for 40 years and also worked as a house keeper for over 20 years. She was a faithful member of
God Holy Temple of Desoto, Texas pastored by Bishop Willie Perry. Willie Mae was the glue that held the family together.
She was the matriarch of the family who fought a very good fight till it was her time to be with her Lord and Savior.
Willie Mae leaves to cherish her memories, sisters (Susie Lee Jackson and Lucille Howell), 5 children (R.D. Smith, Audrey Smith,
Sheila Marshall, Linda Marshall, and Larry Marshall), 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews
and other relatives and friends
